PULL IN AND DON'T GET A CITATION. The only place in the garage that has "Head-in Parking Only All Levels" signs posted is on the ceiling. There is not a single "head-in parking only" sign on any of the walls. When driving a truck, you cannot see the signs on the ceiling easily when traveling through the garage. The driver's eyes are facing down watching for cars backing out, pedestrians, and especially children. This safety code has nothing to do with safety. If it had anything to do with safety they would put adequate signage out. This is just a money maker for the garage. It's a cash cow. IF THIS WAS TRULY FOR SAFETY, they would remedy this issue and make it known to ALL drivers that it's head-in parking only when they enter the garage.

Recently, I've had to travel to Wexler Vascular Dianostic East Hospital at the OSU medical center due to a medical emergency concerning a family member which required a safe place to park my vehicle and must say this SAFEAUTO garage is the best. When I either visited my family member at the hospital or took them in for outpatient visits, I was able to have my parking ticked verified, which helped save me money in parking fees. I liked the van serviced that picked me up at a location at the parking garage, and I was able to return to the same location using the van services as well. The garage has a color code for the van services and a 3 of the level associated with it. This coding made it easy to know which van to return to the garage and paying the parking fee was easy to use. She inserted a ticket, and the register shows the dollars you need to insert, at on bill at a time. Once each bill cleared, just enter the next bill and so on until the total cost was paid. You get your paid ticket, go to your exit point, and insert a paid ticket... there you go... gate opens, and then you'll be on your way home. SAFEAUTO, SAFE PARKING, SAFE VAN RIDE, COST EFFECTIVE, LESS STRESSFUL 😉

They should close this garage while they're doing active construction! Ear piercing loud saws, jack hammers, and more made my visit extremely uncomfortable. I was also very anxiety ridden being in a garage that they were using such heavy construction equipment in. This garage should be FREE while construction is ongoing. Or shut it down. The elevators need to be replaced ASAP as they move so slow that everyone ends up taking the stairs. It is shameful when this is a billion dollar hospital/ organization.

This is my go to spot for parking. It is very convenient and easy. It’s close to the OSU hospital, the James Center and even if you get lost some one there knows exactly where it’s and you can get direction. The only thing is there’s no actual person working there if should in case you lost your ticket. You have to call security who will need to verify you and all this other hustle. My advise don’t loose your parking ticket lol. Well good luck guys.
